Rustic Log Cedar Bench
Our handrcrafted Rustic Log Bench is made using traditional mortise and tenon joinery. We do not use any metal fastners. The redness of this chair is from the use of Aromatic Red Cedar, harvested here in Texas. We use White Oak as part of our floating tenons to give the bench its stability. Lastly, we seal the chair with a finish that brings out the natural luster of the wood and protects it against UV rays, mold, mildew, and moisture.
Rustic Log Bench
Our Rustic Log Benchare made of Cedar, White Oak, Red Oak and other special woods. These woods are strong, don't strip easily, and are resistant to rot, rust, decay, insect damage, and other unwanted elements. The unique design of Adirondack chairs is not just great for your spine; it benefits the whole of the body especially the joints. Because these chairs curve up, they keep your feet off the ground, so they remove any pressure from your ankle and knee joints.
Care and Maintance
A mild soap and water bath once every couple of weeks is a good, inexpensive way to start your wooden Rustic Log Bench care program. Just use a bucket of warm sudsy water and a cloth. Follow up with a bucket of clear water (or hose) and rinse the soap off so that you don't end up with a film on your chairs.
